The ČSSR existed from 1948–1990, before the country later split into the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Michal and Anna helped spread the band’s music in Eastern Europe despite the communist regime’s censorship and the secret police (StB). Since western metal was forbidden in the CSSR during the 1980s, Michal and Anna had to hide everything they received.
