In the lead-up to the release of Night Demon's third album, Outsider, on March 17, 2023, Jarvis is conducting extensive interviews with the worldwide heavy metal press. In this week's episode, we've compiled excerpts from three of those interviews with metal journalists in France, Germany and Russia. You will hear Jarvis's in-depth commentary on a wide array of topics such as why Outsider doesn't rehash old Night Demon material, how it came to be presented as a concept album, how the creative process was influenced by the pandemic, whether Jarvis feels like an outsider and whether he believes this music is for outsiders, and how the band intends to represent the new album in a live setting. You will also hear Jarvis's message to Russian fans amidst the turmoil in their homeland.  These interview segments are also noteworthy for the journalists' unscripted reactions to the Outsider record.
